Been here for their thursday trivia nights. (6pm) Quite a fun experience! The crowd is lively and the people working there are extremely friendly. Definitely my favorite neighbor bar.

I visited this place with some of my friends, which is located in the main area of Berwyn. I see a lot of folks who seem to be close groups and locals watching NBA at the time. They have a good collection of beer and nice place to catch some games or spend time with your friends. The service is fast and staff is very attentive. They seem to have an outdoor spot for the service. The parking is challenging at times. Great place. Check it out.

I Love this Tavern . The Best highly skilled and UBER attentive Bartenders . Great libations and delicious food including weekly specials . Stop by and play free bar games with AMAZING hosts including my favorite Mikey. You could win free drinks . What can be said about the 5 star Kitchen Staff , Perfect . Stop in and meet some of the coolest people around . They have a large deck Outback ! Kid friendly. Wednesday night is My favorite!

Stopped at Berwyn Tavern for my first time during an exciting Sunday. It was the NFC and AFC Sunday games.
The bar is not very huge but the bartenders told me they have a deck which is open when the during warm weather period. The atmosphere was great and super friendly. The bar was pretty crowded but the service was excellent. The staff is great and always ready to talk with customers.
They have a good selection of local/craft beers on tap or bottles. The menu with the sandwiches looked delicious but I got the smoked streak special sandwich (recommended from the bartender) because they have their own smoker. It was DELICIOUS. I tried also some bites from other sandwiches from my friends and I have to say the know what they're doing here about food!
I think it's a good place to either hang out alone, with your boy/girlfriend or with a nice friends crew. I will definitely go back soon!

Nice neighborhood dive. Maybe appeals more to regulars, but I still like the vibe of the place. Maybe I'll eventually become a regular. Good prices, stiff drinks

Amazing atmosphere! Phillies hotdog specials are the best! Who doesn't love Wednesday bingo with Megan! Definitely great prices and good drinks!

Neighborhood bar, food was decent but what I found a bit weird was a bartender called out a customer over the tip that someone in his group had left the previous night, man don’t do that it looks like your begging, also please learn to pour Guinness, I know it’s really hard but try

We came here for dinner on a somewhat quiet Saturday evening. Luck was on our side as they had no problem getting us a table for four and we were sat quickly. Service was friendly and the menu was surprisingly deep. Overall, the food did not disappoint.

We started with the French Onion soup - it is on point and if you like French Onion, I recommend it. I went with the meatloaf sandwich. It was good, but the BBQ sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. Still a creative and enjoyable sandwich. We also got a poke bowl, which was very fresh. I'd recommend getting the dressing on the side as that could overpower some of the aspects of the bowl, but no other modifications needed.

I've heard this place can get busy and is a bit of a dive bar. Given its location, I am sure it can get busy so I would plan ahead if you want to eat. As for dive bar, not sure I'd call it that but if I did it would more bit a complement. I say give Berwyn Tavern a go if you are in the area.
