This was my first time having dinner at Taverna. The service was amazing along with the dinner. When I arrived to meet my party, I was met with a warm welcome from the hostess, which really set the tone, our server was very sweet and knowledgeable of the menu, which I appreciated.

The ribeye special was very good. It was cooked to perfection. I loved the mashed potatoes and asparagus that came with the steak.

My Cosmo drink was very tasty and mixed very well.

I would definitely be back to try other menu items and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Love it! One of my favorite restaurants in Jax. Warm lighting, rustic chic decor, and a friendly staff welcome you at the door. They have great happy hour specials, a fantastic wine list, and a menu full of mouth watering options. Delicious small bites, soups, salads, perfect pizzas, handmade pastas, steak, seafood, and more.

I have been here multiple times. Always make a reservation. Full bar with good drinks. They have good service and great food. Great for the family or a work meal. They don’t have a ton of large tables so more than 4 people may be tough. Parking is terrible in San Marco square is usually terrible in peak times. Plan accordingly. I would recommend Taverna to anyone.

Had an excellent lunch here today. While the prices are above average, especially for lunch, they deliver on everything. The seafood pasta was packed with shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, and crab. Personally, I would have like a little more calabrian chile, but it was tasty and worth the spend.

Iced tea seemed to have a berry note to it.

Service was great at the bar, and I would recommend this place for sure.

Phenomenal food, drinks, and service!
Everyone loved their food. Bar service was on point, the drinks were delicious, the pistachio espresso martini was amazing! Once we got to our table our server was also very attentive. Our food was fresh and flavorful, with nice presentation. We will be back!
